<div dir="ltr">Hi all<div><br></div><div style>I am extracting a slice from a 3D volume using extractimage filter and storing as 2D to perform processing.  I set the direction of collapse to identity and left with a transverse slice.  I then wish to put this slice into it&#39;s original orientation which was sagittal, before the collapse, how can this be achieved in ITK?</div>
