I got frustrated with GDCM so I switched over to DCMTK by turning on the flag in ITK configuration.<br>

I got everything built but the program is not writing anything to output directory. I wonder if I did anything incorrect. Please take a look at my attached file if you are interested.<br>

Basically I just changed the IO in this ITK example.<br>
