Following is a list of intended use cases
- Get all tracks
- Set one track at a time
- Get a list of saved configurations
- Select a saved configuration
- Map the track detection channels to the channels of output image
Configuration of a single track
Each track contains, multiple detection channels, each channel contains detector gain and pinhole diameter. Each track also contains multiple illumination channels Track selection does involve listing of the all available illumination channels so that user can turn on some of them. This is actually secondary as selection the illumination automatically turns the corresponding lasers ON
Currently supported features
- Changing of vital parameters for each channel and illumination are supported.
- Tuning excitations
- Turning lasers ON depending on the corresponding value of excitation
Next plan
Multiple tracks mean there could be may more channels in the image.
While LSM formats will allow multiple channels they are not obvious to interact with. Instead currently all data is exported into tif files which allow 3 channels in good.
