it looks like the image in the left is a micro PET scan,
and the image on the right is a micro CT scan.
Using the image on the left as source ("Moving image" in ITK terms)
and the image on the right as target ("Fixed image" in ITK terms)
looks like the right thing to do.
Particularly because the CT image has higher resolution.
