[ITK Community] [Insight-users] Misregistration output difference between ITK 4.2 and 4.4

Since you're on Linux, you can set the ITK_GLOBAL_DEFAULT_NUMBER_OF_THREADS
environment variable instead (no need to recompile). Just type the
following at the command line
export ITK_GLOBAL_DEFAULT_NUMBER_OF_THREADS=1
