Hi,
Some of my files fail to open in ITK-snap, here is the error message I
get with the latest version of ITK-snap
(itksnap-2.4.0-20121121-Linux-x86_64):
Error loading file 'landmarks.nii.gz'
Reason:
itk::ExceptionObject (0x2ea2970)
Location: "unknown"
File:
/mnt/build/pauly/itk42/InsightToolkit-4.2.1/Modules/Core/Common/include/itkImageToImageFilter.hxx
Line: 243
Description: itk::ERROR: UnaryFunctorImageFilter(0x26e0750): Inputs do
not occupy the same physical space!
InputImage Origin: [0.0000000e+00, 0.0000000e+00], InputImagePrimary
Origin: [0.0000000e+00, 0.0000000e+00]
Tolerance: -9.6862053e-05
InputImage Spacing: [-9.6862053e+01, 7.5000000e-01], InputImagePrimary
Spacing: [-9.6862053e+01, 7.5000000e-01]
Tolerance: -9.6862053e-05
I attach to this file two versions of the same file, for
"landmarks_no_header.nii.gz" I copied the header information (Origin,
Sampling and Direction) from a file which worked fine, and the content
can be opened in ITK snap.
I use ITK snap for manual segmentation, but creating images and
manipulating images is done with an in-house library (IRTK).
Would you know why I get this error message?
I attach the two files I mention to this email.
Thanks a lot for your help,
Kind regards,
Kevin
