Hello,
What have you done so far? What error message are you getting? What Linux distribution are you using? How did you install ImageJ? Are you really trying ImageJ or a derivative like Fuji?
The end goal is to have an executable named "imagej" or "ImageJ" in your path so that SimpleITK can call it.
