[ITK] Sphinx examples and Software Guide Nightly results

Hi,

I have set up Nightly uploads to CDash for the HTML rendered Sphinx
examples [1], though note that they can also be downloaded from the
web page [2].  This gives us a longer history of changes.

A nightly build of the Software Guide PDF's is also now available [3].

To access each, click the yellow package icon next to the build.
