[ITK] [ANNOUNCE] ITK 4.7 Release Candidate 1 has been tagged!

Matt,

I don't think you sufficiently highlighted that now all ITK examples from the Software Guide, Wiki Examples, and SphinxExamples are indexed and crossed linked in Doxygen[1]. So now when you go to your favorite filter or other object, say the ResampleImageFilter[2], there is a large selection of examples in the examples sections. This should make it much easier to fine sample code on how to use an ITK class!
