[ITK Community] Non-Uniform FFT

Hello All,

I have been using ITK for about 2 months and this is my first email to the ITK community.

I am trying to apply the FFT to a selective points in my image, essentially a non-uniform FFT. How would I be able to do this in ITK?

Could I define the region of the image using the Mesh? Will this automatically translate to a non-uniform FFT when I call FFT from the ITKFFT module?
