[ITK Community] [Insight-developers] Patches for ITK 4.5.1

Speaking of sidestepping, in this case should we revert the changes I made (from ::Zero to ::ZeroValue()) ?
People may wonder way there are two ways of accessing Zero ? Or should we just leave it as is.

(We can discuss this in another topic if you wish, I don't want to clutter this one with unrelated discussions)
