[ITK Community] [Insight-users] error in building.. i think it's common?

Hi Tim,

The error looks like it is related to const'ness instead of SmartPointer from

  'itk::Vector<T,
NVectorDimension>' to 'const itk::Vector<T,NVectorDimension> &'
