[ITK] CustomImageIO

HI,
I'm new to ITK and I want to add a own ImageIO, because ITK doesn't know the file format I'm using.
Does anybody know a good tutorial or something comparable which shows how to program the whole CustomIO, CustomIOFactory and so on stuff?
