[ITK Community] Slice number and Metadata

Hi guys,

I'm applying a filter over a set of slices and get another set of slices as output (format file : .dcm).

The probleme is that once I'm trying to read them with MITK for instance (or a slice viewer software), All my new output files are labelled "slice number 1) hence are on the same layer!).
What can I do to not lose the slice number of the first set or in general, keep the same metadata?
