Hi,

I upgraded a machine of mine to openSUSE 13.1 (x86_64) and I am trying
to build ITK V4.5.2.

During the cmake operation , I get the following error

     CMake Error at
/usr/share/cmake/Modules/GenerateExportHeader.cmake:319 (string):
string does not recognize sub-command MAKE_C_IDENTIFIER
Call Stack (most recent call first):
       /usr/share/cmake/Modules/GenerateExportHeader.cmake:374
(_do_generate_export_header)
       CMake/ITKModuleMacros.cmake:150 (generate_export_header)
       Modules/Core/Common/CMakeLists.txt:77 (itk_module_impl)

repeated ~13 times, with the change being in the CMakeLists.txt
directory path; e.g. Modules/IO/png and Modules/IO/Mesh.

The compiler is gcc version 4.8.1 and cmake version 3.0.0-rc4.

Does anyone have any suggestions to point me in the direction to correct
this, cheers

Peter
