[ITK] [ITK-dev] HDF5 TransformIO broken with System HDF5

Hi Brad,

On Ubuntu 12.04, there appears to be a number of HDF5 "-dev" packages:

libhdf5-lam-dev
libhdf5-mpi-dev
libhdf5-mpich-dev
libhdf5-openmpi-dev
libhdf5-serial-dev

Which one are you using?
