Hi Ricky,

1) \path\to\libfftw3f-f.lib
2) leave unset, because I don't think it is available
3) \path\to\

It is also possible to use the VNL version with a
ConstantPadImageFilter applied to the input.  See the implementation
of itk::FFTConvolutionImageFilter for an example.
