[ITK] What does this error mean: A subclass of ThreadedDomainPartitioner::PartitionDomainreturned more subdomains than were requested

Hello,

On OSX 10.9 with Apple's clang 5.1 (clan-503.0.40) with libc++ I am still getting the failure on master.

However if I use stdlib=libstdc++ the test passes at both master and v4.2.1.
