[ITK] [ITK-users] Cmake Error : string does not recognize sub-command MAKE_C_IDENTIFIER

Matt,

I just followed your commands to get v3.0.0-rc4, and no problems 
creating ITK-V4.5.2 makefiles, and it is building now.
