[ITK] [ITK-users] ITKOpenCVBridge on Ubuntu 12.04: fatal error: itkOpenCVImageBridge.h: No such file or directory

It may be a matter of just needing to install the libopencv-dev package as
well (replace libopencv to match the name of the openCV package you
installed already).
