Hi,

The Skull Stripper Insight Journal [1] article has been been
integrated into ITK as Remote Module [2].  To build the code, set

  Module_SkullStrip

to ON in your CMake configuration. The code [3] corresponding to this
article [4] that also uses the code may be helpful.
