[ITK] ITKModuleMacros.cmake macro(itk_module_warnings_disable) MSVC warning D9025: overriding '/W1' with '/w'

Hi Niels,

I have not observed the D9025 warning, but it the change works with
all supported versions of Visual Studio, it should be fine.
