[ITK] Installing New Modules (Source and Header Files) to ITK dir

Hi,
I've just tested, under linux, using a newly installed ITK 4.7, with review
enabled. Turning review on enables watershed etc. No problems - perhaps
this is a windows issue? I've never tested mbwss under windows.
