[ITK] [ITK-users] Vessel Segmentation

This is off topic, but have you looked at using VMTK? It's a ITK-based Python
package designed for vessel segmentation, so you don't have to re-invent the
wheel, ICYI.  I used it to create a semi-automated cerebral aneurysm
segmentation app several years back.  ;-)
