[ITK] [ITK-users] Vessel Segmentation

ITK supports a number of file formats [1].  While it is technically
possible to create DICOM, this is very complicated, and one of the
other research formats, i.e. MetaImage, are recommended. There are
programs like 3D Slicer, based on ITK, that can be used to visualize
the output [2]. It is also possible to output PNG, JPG, TIFF,
representations, too. Write the resulting image to file in one of
these formats with ITK classes should be useful for debugging
purposes.
