[ITK] [ITK-users] Euler 2D transform and Fixed Center Of Rotation Affine Transform

You could modify one of the examples out there using another transform and
modify the parameters so that you end up with this:

The first parameter
is the angle
in radians and the
last two parameters
are the translation
in each dimension.
