[ITK] [ITK-users] Buffered region of size [0, 0, 0]

Hello,

Have you found your solution for this error. I have similar error when I try
to use DemonsRegistrationFilter on a region of interest by using method 
filter->GetOutput()->SetRequestedRegion(smallregion);, and it throws this
exception:
