[ITK] Fwd: BUILD-ALL ITK RUN time?

Hi All,

It was very kind of Matt that he gave an instant reply. Unfortunately, I do
not have a good command of Git and I would appreciate if someone could give
some more/detailed guidance on how I could perform the suggested updates.
