[ITK] [ITK-dev] Lingering Valgrind defect

Hi Bill,

Many thanks for stepping towards a clean Valgrind status!

I tried reproducing the dashboard errors locally, and I could not reproduce
them.  Were you able to reproduce them? What version of valgrind was used?
