Hi Abdelkhalek,
in order to select a region of interest, you can have a look at
itk::ExtractImageFilter [1] [2] and vtkExtractVOI [3]. If you do not wish
to change the dimension of the output image, you can have a look at
itk::RegionOfInterestImageFilter [4].
