[ITK] Subcontractor for ITK segmentation job

Hi list!

I am doing a project in the field of medical image analysis.
I was doing research and looking for a subcontractor for CBCT image segmentation and the ITK community seems the best place to ask the following question:

- Where would the list members advise me to look for a freelance software engineer to outsource writing of a CBCT segmentation module?
- Is there anyone reading these lines who can be our subcontractor for a job? (sorry if this question is inappropriate for the list)

Currently VTK with python bindings is used to do mesh manipulation and to send the 3d models to a WebGL renderer.
