[ITK] IKT ThresholdSegmentationLevelSetFilter does not give expected output with 3D data

Hello

I have been trying to use ThresholdSegmentationLevelSetFilter.py with a
NIFTY volume, and I have modified the example code (which works perfectly
for 2D) to incorporate 3D data.
It gives a strange error

0.0000000e+00 0.0000000e+00 1.0000000e+00

0.0000000e+00 0.0000000e+00 1.0000000e+00

Tolerance: 1.0000000e-06

This is resulting as the writer does not have any output at all.
I cant seem to find anything wrong with the code I have written
