Hi Ivan,

take a look here <https://itk.org/Wiki/SimpleITK/Tutorials/MICCAI2015> for
registration. I believe it should also be possible to do it in Java.

As image fusion can be done on so many ways, depending on what is the
objective of the fusion, I don't think there is a filter for that. The
closest one is compose
<https://itk.org/SimpleITKDoxygen07/html/classitk_1_1simple_1_1ComposeImageFilter.html>,
which probably doesn't do what you want. Possible starting point:
