AFAIK this hasn't changed.  For example, if I click on the update column
for the Nightly Expected CMake build from dash1win7.kitware, it brings me
here:

https://open.cdash.org/viewUpdate.php?buildid=4777108

This shows the previous commit, the current commit, and the files that
changed in between.
