Hi Filippo,

you can list just the modules you want. Here is an example snippet from
CMakeLists.txt:
set(ITK_COMPONENTS
  ITKIOImageBase
  ITKSmoothing
  ITKTransform
  ITKIOTransformBase
  ITKIOTransformInsightLegacy # .tfm format
  ITKIOMeta
  ITKIONRRD
  ITKIOPNG
  ITKIOTIFF
  )
find_package(ITK COMPONENTS ${ITK_COMPONENTS} REQUIRED) # using just a
subset of IO modules cuts down exe file size
#find_package(ITK COMPONENTS REQUIRED) # alternative: all components
include(${ITK_USE_FILE})
