[ITK] [ITK-users] watershed

Hello Zou Jing,

The itkMorphologicalWatershedFromMarkersImageFilter was recently moved from
the review module to the watershed module. If you are using a recent
version of ITK (4.12rc01, 4.12rc02), the filter you are looking for will be
in the watershed module. Otherwise it should be in the review module.
