Thank you for the quick response. I built from source on a brand new machine which may not have the SSL development headers installed. I will utilize the binaries.

Hi Jon,

This may be related to using a cmake without https support. Binary downloads from cmake.org:

  https://cmake.org/download/

have this support enabled.
