[IGSTK-Developers] Borland compiler and StateMachine macro

Yesterday I was looking into the CMake file for InsightApplications,
and was wondering why so many files do not get included for Borland.
That probably explains it.

Luis, I was wondering where to put the Segmentation Validation work
done by Teo. The segmentation plugins you did, do not seem to be 
included at all in the project at all.
