You can check out the IGSTKDocuments now.

cvs -d :pserver:USERNAME at public.kitware.com:/cvsroot/IGSTK login

cvs -d :pserver:USERNAME at public.kitware.com:/cvsroot/IGSTK co IGSTKDocuments

"IGSTK: The Book" is in the \TheBook directory.

The files you will be working on is in the '\TheBook\Latex' directory.

Please put pics, xfig into the '\TheBook\Art' directory. When check in 
images, please specify a -kb tag, for binary data.
