[IGSTK-Developers] Copyright notices

Dear all.

I have found that the copyright information in the code in
IGstk Sandbox mention "Insight Segmentation & Registration 
Toolkit" in the program's name. I know that the work done
at UNC does get moved to ITK, so the boundary may not be clear 
there. But otherwise, the program name should be "Image Guided 
Surgery Software Toolkit", as set for the IGstk. I imagine,
this may get automatically done when the Sandbox code is moved
over to IGstk.
