[IGSTK-Developers] Loopback and SerialCommunication testing

Hi Luis,

I made a working serial loopback out of an old
serial-to-ps2 converter.  If kitware has any of these
around (they used to come with all mice in the days
before USB) then it is trivial to make a loopback out
of them by using a wire to connect two of the pins:
using the diagram on the web page below, simply use a
wire to connect pin 2 to pin 6 on the ps2 end.

Sohan's test still needs enhancements, though... I'll
commit them to CVS soon.
