Somehow the tcon system is messed up - we were all waiting for a moderator

 

I don't know we happened - 

 

I started conferencing people in the old fashioned way but it was too
painful so we gave up

 

We will reschedule for 11 am tomorrow (Friday) and I will try to get the
tcon help desk and check everything
