Rick,

The convention I think we have been using for creating tags on an
iteration boundary is:

Release-Iteration-XXX where XXX is the iteration number.

As this is pre cutoff of I4, could you tag CVS as

pre-Release-Iteration-4


I guess anyone with CVS access can make the tag. I don't
have the access...
