[IGSTK-Developers] New DCMTK with CMake

Hello,

I posted some new CMakeLists files for DCMTK so it now builds/configures 
on several platforms/compilers using CMake.

The new files can be downloaded here:

We have tested the compilation of DCMTK on:
- Windows: MSVC 6.0/.Net, free Borland Compiler
- Cygwin: gcc 3.4
- MingW: gcc
- Linux (redhat): gcc 3.4

The patch has been submitted to the DCMTK community.
