[IGSTK-Developers] Build02.isis cygwin Sanbox : Configuration Problem

I was trying to get the gcov working under Cygwin, It's just a little 
accident, I stop the nightly build of IGSTK in the middle and build 
sandbox. It failed b/z all the files for IGSTK nightly build are being 
deleted

Anyway, did anyone ever get the gcov working with Cygwin before. The 
coverage command is being set. but some how, it's not generating the 
files for the coverage analysis.
