[IGSTK-Developers] IGSTK repository bug fixes

Hello,

I've a question regarding when we should fix bugs in the main IGSTK 
repository instead of copying the file over to the Sandbox and do the fix.

Here's a list of what I think should be fixed directly in the IGSTK 
repository:

- Coding style
- Code coverage, i.e adding tests (?)
- Compilation issues
- Major bugs (?)
- Speed improvements (?)

And the Sandbox is mainly for new features. Is that correct?
