[IGSTK-Developers] Requirements Chapter...

Hi Brian,

Your Requirements chapter has now been converted to Latex
and committed to the CVS repository.

The figures still need to be redrawn in XFig.

The tables with hierarchical format do not render well
in Latex, we probably could present them as sections
with enumerations...
