Hi everyone:
Attached is the planning document for the Jan 4-5-6 meeting at Georgetown.
The purpose of the meeting is to start planning for the next phase of IGSTK.
My hope is that we will have a new three-year contract to Georgetown from
NIH by Feb 1 or shortly thereafter, and then I will issue subcontracts from
there.
For the planning meeting, I have also included some of our advisory board
members and other collaborators:
* Terry Yoo from the NLM/NIH
* Peter Kazanzides from Johns Hopkins
* Noby Hata from BWH
The main meeting will take place on Thursday 4 January. The schedule is in
the attached document and pasted below my signature. The event will run
from about 9 am to 5 pm on Thursday, and people are welcome to participate
in whatever part they like. We will use the teleconference number and have
NetMeeting setup for the presentations.
So please let me know if you can attend and what part(s). If you have any
comments on the agenda or other suggestions, I would like to hear them. I
will confirm things again as we get closer, but with the holidays fast
approaching, I wanted to get this out now.
Happy Holidays to all!
Kevin
