Andinet,
I have put the liver data online at:
http://hdl.handle.net/1926/96
Basically the MR is in metaImage format (isotropic) (MR.mhd and MR.raw).
The full dicom image is also available.
Regarding the Ultrasound data. There are three volumes (volume 2 is not
very good). For each of the three volumes:
- USVolumeX.compressed.mha : reconstructed volume from tracked 2D images
- USInterpolatedVolumeX.compressed.mha : reconstructed and interpolated
volume from tracked 2D images
- images2DVolumeX.tgz : collection of acquired 2D images in
SpatialObject format. These are actually 3D images with only one slice
and the actual position in the real world is given through the spatial
objects.
I've also uploaded the data I'm going to use for the demo application,
i.e liver surface and blood vessels.
Let me know if you need anything else,
Julien
