[IGSTK-Developers] VTK and ITK version control in IGSTK

Folks,

As per our discussion on the tcon  yesterday, I have added ITK and VTK 
version control to IGSTK cmake configuration.  In the configuration,  I 
have made distinctions between ITK and VTK versions for development and 
stable build version of IGSTK. For development build of IGSTK,  VTK 5.0 
or later and ITK 2.4 or later version are enforced.  While, for a stable 
IGSTK build, I am enforcing  a specific versions (for now, I have set 
VTK 5.0 and ITK 2.6. We can always change it later on). What I am 
calling stable version is basically a release at the end of each 
iteration. The cmake file has IGSTK_DEVELOPMENT_VERSION option which can 
be turned on and off to select a particular version ( default is 
development version)

 Please, update your cmake file and let me know if you encounter any 
problems building your version.
